This machine is designed to palletise all kinds of boxes, cartons or crates which can be found in the industry, with high speed and maximum reliability.

The machine is easy to use and delivers high performance at low cost. The dimensions of pallet formations and stacking pattern can be easily changed via a user control panel.

The height of the pallet can be easily adjusted by means of a simple regulator.

Depending on the pallet configuration this machine can stack up to 100 layers per hour!

The products are fed in on a belt conveyor and come directly onto a collecting table, where a layer is formed with the required dimensions and orientation. When the layer is complete the clamps lift the entire layer onto the pallet. It will continue to build the pallet until the required height is achieved.

A must for any packing line or warehouse where a high throughput of boxes needs to be stacked accurately and quickly.
The unit can also be used to de-palletise by working in the reverse direction, unstacking pallets and delivering the contents to a conveyor belt.
