Euroflow Engineering design and build a wide range of automatic and semi-automatic filling systems to suit most applications. In most cases these are designed with specific products/packaging in mind, and all are built from stainless steel.

Multi Head Bottle Filling line.

• Fully integrated system for filling a range of containers from 30ml per jar up to 2.2 litres in a poly container.
• PLC controlled system – product selection HMI Interface with menu control.
• Combined conveyor system with gating of products for filling.
• Rise & Fall unit with full adjustment in height and stroke.
• Fully insulated water jacket hopper with steam heating for hot fill.

Rotary Pot Filling machine.

• 6 Station Servo rotary turntable.
• Stations include – denester, filling, foil placer, foil sealer, lidder, eject.
• Speeds up to 5000 pots / hour (with 4 head station).
• Filling range from 10 – 200ml per pot on 4 head filler.
• Ancillary equipment includes; discharge conveyor, discharge rotary table, Ink Jet Printing / Coding, Change part magazines for denester, foil placer and lidder for different packaging.

• Systems consisting of a denester, conveyor, filler and lidder.
• Individual machines bought together in an integrated system.
• Speeds up to 60 pots / minute – dependent on filling rate.
• Fully pneumatic systems available.
